Locust Grove Village (formerly Rush County Nursing Home) is a not-for-profit corporation operated by local community members who serve on the Board of Directors.  These dedicated volunteers come from all walks of life and experiences but maintain one common goal – the support of our vision and mission of serving elders.  The five-member Board of Directors meets monthly to strategize the overall direction of the Village and to receive information on the operational performance from the licensed administrator.  Thank you to our dedicated Board members for their time and expertise in serving Locust Grove Village.
