Did you know that just a few minutes of your time can provide a valuable benefit to the residents who call Locust Grove Village home? And have you ever considered that you might even be able to do this volunteer service from your own home? Maybe you hadn’t realized that you could do volunteer service in a group as well as individually.
Locust Grove Village has many volunteer opportunities for persons of all ages who would like to share their time and talents with our senior community
The volunteer possibilities are endless but could include sharing musical talent; reading to a small group; having a local church Bible study here at LGV. There are places for companions to ride with residents to appointments; knitting a shawl for our prayer ministry; being a walking partner; 
playing card games or Bingo. We have a Wii- come and play; present an awareness program about health issues or share you recent travel pictures; record an interview with the resident of their life history and present it to the family; bring your dog or cat in to visit.
